a. Tickets for Psychic Shows

Tickets for any of our shows can be booked through our website. Refunds and exchanges may be subject to specific terms for each event. Unless stated otherwise, our events are non-refundable.

b. 1-2-1 Readings

Bookings for 1-2-1 readings are available through our website. Users are required to select a time slot and make payment for the reading. Refunds after the reading are not allowed.

3. Products

a. Product Purchases

b. Delivery

c. Product Refunds

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they can attend the event and for making necessary travel arrangements.

5.2 Non-Attendance

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood is not responsible for non-attendance due to personal circumstances, illness, transport delays, or other external factors.

5.3 Behaviour During Events

During the show, guests are asked to remain seated and silent unless responding directly to the psychic medium. If someone feels a message may be for them—even if they are unsure—they are encouraged to raise their hand or ask a friend to do so on their behalf. We understand some guests may feel shy, and it is perfectly acceptable to acknowledge a message without wishing to hear more. However, repeated disruption—including speaking over the host or other guests—may result in a formal warning and possible removal from the venue without refund.

6. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 17 years of age to make payments, book tickets, or purchase products from our website. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age.

7. User Conduct

Users must abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using our website. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to breach our security measures are strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Amendments

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the website, services, or any related accounts, with or without prior notice, for violation of these terms and conditions.

8.1 Change of Acts

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood reserves the right to change the psychic medium, act, or presenter on the day of the show without prior notice to cover sickness, illness, or other absences.

8.2 Venue Changes

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood reserves the right to move an event to another venue within 5 miles of the original venue.

8.3 Event Cancellations

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood reserves the right to cancel an event, with a refund issued to customers within 28 days.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.

11. Refunds

Customer Cancellations

No refund will be issued if a customer cancels or cannot attend after purchasing.

Business Cancellations

In the event Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood cancels an event, a refund will be issued to the customer within 7 days this will show within your bank in 7-10 working days.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a customer cancels through their credit card provider without at least 7 days’ prior notice, the customer may be liable for any merchant processing fees incurred.

Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood is not liable for any failure to issue refunds outside of the stated timeframe, with all refunds or costs issued within a period of 28 days regardless of payment method used.

If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, venue issues, or venue closures, Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood will not be liable for refunds but may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Transfer of tickets to a rescheduled date
Credit towards a future event
A goodwill refund where reasonable and feasible

12. Venues

Venues are considered a party subject to these terms and conditions.

Venues must provide at least two weeks’ written notice prior to the advertised event for cancellations, which are not effective until acknowledged by both parties.

A minimum cancellation fee of £100 will be charged to the venue for failing to provide timely notice.

Venues will also be liable for all other costs incurred due to the cancellation without the required notice.

All money collected on behalf of Psychic Medium Jolene Jackson-Lockwood must be paid no later than the commencement of the show. Any failure to comply may result in additional charges.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or health emergencies (“Force Majeure”). The affected party must promptly notify the other in writing. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty, and no party shall be liable for any damages or costs resulting from such termination.

14. Venue Changes

Sometimes circumstances beyond our control may require a venue change for an event. If this happens, we will aim to notify customers at least 48 hours in advance, and the new venue will always be within 7 miles of the original venue. Refunds are not available in these situations, but we may offer a credit note for use at another event.
